About Us

We are registered BAS Agents with over 20 years experience bookkeeping. We have been using Xero since 2009, am a Certified Xero Bookkeeper and Xero Silver Partner, Quickbooks Gold Partner/Adviser, with over 50+ clients on the Xero platform. This year we have been asked to be part of the Tax Practitioners Consultation team with the ATO.

 

Our client base consists of a mix of businesses including Retail, Financial Advisers, Accountants, Real Estate Agencies, Marketing & Communication Agencies, Mortgage Brokers, Engineers, Lawyers, Conveyancers, Builders, Construction / Developers, Medical/Doctors, Sporting Groups, Retails shops, Online stores and also Clients personal budgeting/investment properties.

  • Monthly & Quarterly processing of accounts, from 50 to 500 transactions per month
  • Payroll weekly / fortnightly / monthly. Current payroll per business range from 1 to 20 employees
  • Accounts Payable - management of cash flow, preparation of bills on mid and end month cycles
  • Accounts Receivable - Creation, Support for clients preparing invoices, Statements / Reminders
  • Monthly Performance Management Reporting
  • BAS / PAYG Management and lodgement, with BAS Agent lodgement program (4 week extension.)
  • EOFY Year preparation of Payment Summaries and GST reconciliations - Tax compliance
  • Liaise with accountants in preparation of tax returns
